1.      Hall ticket, Rank Card

2.      Degree Provisional,Memorindom of marks

3.      SSC memo

4.      Inter or Equivalent

5.      Bonofide certificate for IX to degree.

At Help line centre pay fee Details (Non-Refundable):

1.      OC/BC pay the 400/- Rupees

2.      SC/ST pay the  200/-  Rupees
