The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad, has announced Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET) notification for admission into its all Diploma Courses in Engineering and Non Engineering/ Technology offered at Polytechnics/ institutions (including Aided and Un aided Private Polytechnics/ Institutions running as 2nd shift in private Engineering Colleges) in Telangana State for the academic year 2016-2017.
Adminissions 

 Eligibility:
  • Passed SSC or its equivalent and recognized by the Board of Secondary Education, Telangana, Hyderabad.
  • Candidates who have passed SSC compartmentally also eligible.

How to Apply:
  • Candidates can apply online at https://polycetts.nic.in  
  • Candidates can obtain online applications by paying examination fee Rs.330 at various AP online/Helpline centres/ through payment gate way.

Selection Process:
Selection of candidates is based on their performance in the POLYCET.

    Commencement of sale of POLYCET booklet along with application: 18th March, 2016
    Last date for sale of POLYCET booklet and filling of online application: 12th April, 2016
    Date and Time of POLYCET: 27th April, 2016, From 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM
