Ravinder's 10th PRC Software 2015 Full Version for AP Telangana Employees:1. All Government Employees belongs to PRC 2015 Master Scale can use this PRC 2015 Pay Fixation Software
2. If your Details are not in the list of some Columns, you should select empty space.
3. You should fill all cells as manual in the DATA scheet of Software Program.If some columns are not belongs to you, you will put cells with empty like CCA, FPI, HMA, Additional
4. In this DATA sheet, are there any changes or not related Options in AGI or SPP or STEPUP or HRA or CCA or Surrender leave or DA (If you prepare bill, after released the DA) etc., you should select the Option is "No".
5. If you found in changes or any difference in the Bill Form, you would check in Manual.
6. If you prepare the bill upto which month, You should enter that particular month in the DATA Sheet.
7. Once used Software Program is not good for you. So, you want to prepare another bill for a employee you can copy the File each time from Original Program.
8. IF any employee have Promotion, AAS/SPP, they should give AGI in Month and Year of AAS/SPP Increment.
9. You should check the bill once before the submit of Bill to DDO
10. All prints are set in A4 size. So, should use A4 Size papers for Printing.
