The essay is written by students once, but is estimated at three levels: the school level, city level and national level
A Level School: Tests at the school level are evaluated by judges in each school. Winning entries from each school will qualify for assessing the level of the city.
B Level City: Trials of the winners of educational level in each city are evaluated by a panel of judges from the academic field and journalists, among others.The best essays win the recognition of the level of the city.
C Level National: The best essays from each city are ultimately judged by an elite panel of eminent persons to choose the national winners in each language [winners at the state level where regional languages].
Awards and Recognition
